Fertility Law
Services include counseling individuals and couples involved in surrogacy, egg or sperm donation and/or embryo donation.
As a dedicated mother, Nikki understands that family is paramount, which drives her passion for facilitating the creation of families in her Fertility Law practice. Nikki feels privileged to combine this passion with her expertise in the evolving laws and requirements of third-party reproducation using assisted reproductive technology (“ART”). Legal agreements involving ART are highly variable depending on the specific situation and people involved in each relationship. ART agreements also transcend the scope of most legal agreements due to the highly personal subject matter. Nikki combines her innate compassion with her adept contract drafting and negotiation skills and high standards of professionalism to ensure that her clients are well informed and comfortable before moving forward with any ART relationship.
